I believe that all families need sleep. Parents want the best for their children but if the household is not sleeping, then stress and anxiety will fill the home. Happy, healthy children create a happy, healthy home.I believe that every family is unique and special. It does not matter if you are a family of two parents, one parent, FIFO family, a family of twins, a family of one child or ten, you all deserve to have your individual needs met, and I will tailor a sleep program that is just right for you.

I believe that parents need clarity. This understanding is the core foundation of any sleep program. You need to know what changes need to be made and why.

I believe that you should always work within your comfort level and follow your instinct. You know your child best. Change is hard for everyone. I will never ask you to do something you do not want to do.

FAQs
I use a variety of gentle methods that have been tried and tested for over 10 years. There will be crying involved for a very short period of time. Babies cry because they are experiencing something new and unfamiliar, plus they are tired and want to be asleep. Babies cry to communicate with us. Please understand that I will never ask you to ignore your child’s cries. This will be kept to a minimum but if you cannot accept even a small amount of crying, then you are not ready for this change. I will develop a sleep program that you feel comfortable with.
I work with newborn babies, toddlers and children up to 7 years of age. If you have an older child, please contact me to discuss your needs further.

I work with families from all over Australia and beyond so distance is never a problem. After the initial FREE 15minute consultation, I accommodate 95% of families within a week. These appointments are available during the day (in-home if Perth based or via the internet) or evenings Monday-Friday (via the internet only).
You may begin to see improvements as early as night 2 of the program. Every child’s journey is unique so it is important that we celebrate each small success along the way. I ask for a 2week commitment from you.
If you are 100% committed to making these changes for your child then your Sleepytime Program will be a success.
I conduct a comprehensive sleep assessment to truly understand what changes need to be made in order for your child to sleep independently. From there I will develop a step-by-step sleep program that is perfect for your family and the needs of your child. I support and guide you during this journey. From the moment we work together, I am there for you and I will provide you with instant feedback. I do not follow a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
